FANUC SP9015 SPINDLE SWITCHING FAULT

Amplifier alarm number: 15

FANUC SP9015 Reason for the alarm: Caused by abnormal sequence during spindle switching/output switching.

Troubleshooting ideas:

1) An alarm is issued when the spindle output is switched, and the spindle switching PMC signal needs to be modified.

2) An alarm occurs when the spindle rotates normally, and parameter P4160 needs to be increased.

FANUC SP9015 Description

The switch sequence in spindle switching/speed range switching operation is abnormal.
The switching MCC contact status check signal and command do not match
