whatever the problem check the logic input X7.4 in maintenance>statu or ladder, then kick emergency and search the place and health of the switch or the proximity sensor.. has X7.4
if x7.4 good , check what the actuator or arm or what the mechanical or hydroul. or pneuma. actuator need to act,
other ways , don’t risky if you are not technicien
Go to your atc custom page if you have one on this model (you should), make sure everything is home atc wise. Check your manufacturer’s manual under “atc” for the correct sequence
