Abnormal input power supply (abnormal power frequency, missing phase, unbalanced power supply).

FANUC SP9004  troubleshooting

Measure whether the main circuit voltage of the power module is normal and whether the power supply is missing a phase;
Check whether the main power cable terminal of the power module is locked, and whether the main power MCC contactor and its control circuit are normal;
Check whether the external power supply voltage of the device is stable;
After completing the troubleshooting according to the above steps, if the alarm still occurs, it may be that the relevant detection module in the power module is faulty, and the power module must be connected directly;
