FANUC SP9003 Reason for alarm

The fuse in the DC bus section has blown. (Insufficient voltage in the DC bus section) This alarm will be checked when the emergency stop is released.

FANUC SP9003 troubleshooting

If an alarm occurs while the spindle is running, the DC bus fuse in the spindle amplifier is likely to be blown, so please replace the spindle amplifier. In addition, the following points may be the cause of this alarm. Please confirm the following before turning on the power again after replacing the spindle amplifier.
Check whether the spindle motor power line connection is normal and confirm whether there is a ground fault in the power line;
Check whether the spindle motor coil is normal and confirm whether there is a ground fault in the motor coil;
If the electromagnetic contactor of the universal power input section is temporarily opened when the emergency stop is released, and then closed due to this alarm (it may not be closed in a configuration where the spindle amplifier is connected to two or more axes), check the following:
Confirm whether the wiring of the DC bus part is connected and connected correctly (check whether the screws of the DC bus part are locked);
Check whether the side plate of the spindle amplifier is loose, and confirm that the control circuit board on the front of the spindle amplifier is inserted to the bottom. If it is not plugged in properly, please pull it out and plug it in again (this alarm may be displayed due to poor contact between the connector connecting the control circuit board and the power circuit board).
If the fault is still not solved after completing the above two confirmations, replace the spindle amplifier directly.
