Amplifier alarm number: 12

Reason for the alarm: Caused by excessive current in the spindle motor.

FANUC SP9012 Troubleshooting ideas:

1) Check the initialization of the inherent parameters of the spindle motor.

2) Check the insulation filling of the cable and whether the phase sequence of the power line is connected incorrectly.

3) Replace the spindle amplifier.

4) If this alarm occurs when the winding is switched, there may be a problem with the contactor and PMC timing.
