FANUC SP1220 spindleless amplifier

一、FANUC SP1220 Reason for alarm

The cable connected to the serial spindle amplifier is disconnected, or the serial spindle amplifier has not been connected.

二、FANUC SP1220 troubleshooting

Check whether the connection cable JA41-JA7B between the NC controller and the spindle amplifier is normal. If optical fiber communication is used, check whether the optical fiber connection is normal;
If optical fiber communication is used, you need to confirm whether the FSSB related parameter settings are normal;
Check whether the spindle amplifier is in normal working condition. If the spindle amplifier LED has no display, check the control power circuit;
Test after replacing the spindle drive control side panel;
If the alarm cannot be eliminated after the above inspection, replace the spindle driver directly;
Check whether the version model of the spindle amplifier is compatible with the system. If it is not compatible, you need to replace the spindle amplifier with a compatible version.
