FANUC SP9010  Reason for alarm

A drop in the input power supply voltage of the spindle amplifier was detected.

FANUC SP9010 troubleshooting

Check whether the jumper cable (CXA2A-CXA2B) between the spindle amplifiers is connected correctly and whether the cable is normal;
Check whether the DC24V voltage output by the common power supply module is stable. If the DC24V voltage is too low, check whether the common power supply input voltage is normal. If the input power supply is normal, directly replace the common power supply module and test it. If the common power supply input voltage is abnormal, please restore the normal power supply. voltage input;
If no problem is found after completing the above inspection, replace the spindle amplifier directly.
